Your portrait is guaranteed to be as you wish it to be for 15 days after you receive it. If there is something that is not as you wish in the portrait painting, you may return it for modification. If I am unable to correct the painting to your satisfaction, I will refund to you 100% the cost of the painting. Shipping costs to be paid by you.
For your Fine Art Portrait Painting on canvas, start by selecting the size you want, then select the column that matches the number of subjects in the portrait to see the price. If you are unsure about the number of subjects, do not be concerned. NO deposit is required to begin. We will work through the process together, tailoring the size and composition to your needs. I will do all that I can to maintain excellent communication between us. You will owe me nothing if the final portrait is not just as you want it to be.

I look forward to working with you on your portrait and we can proceed as follows: 1. Please phone or email me, send photos of the subject and tell me what kind of portrait you want. 2. I will email an initial pencil composition for your approval and make any changes you may wish. 3. Upon your approval and my receipt and clearance of your deposit (40% of portrait price) I will begin painting your portrait. I will send you images of your portrait in progress. If I am unable to correct the painting to your satisfaction, I will refund your deposit and you will owe me nothing. 4. Upon completion of the portrait, I will email you a photo for your approval. Upon my receipt and clearance of balance due I will mail your portrait, flat and protected in a box. If you are not satisfied with your portrait, you may return it for modification. If you remain unsatisfied with the portrait, I will refund the cost of the painting. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
When you are ready to Order and pay the deposit, do not be concerned if You do not have a PayPal account. Most Credit Cards are accepted through PayPal. You may go through PayPal on this page, if you wish. I also accept checks and money orders.
Complex Portraits -- Portraits that involve highly detailed backrounds, full body subjects or other features, such as scenery, ornate wedding dresses or costuming cannot be considered Standard Head & Shoulders Portraits. Complex Portraits will need to be priced differently. Though both are of equally fine quality, Complex Portraits take many more hours to paint because of the required attention to detail. You can see the level of artistic excellence I paint into portraits of both kinds on this site. Whether you decide on a Standard or Complex Portrait, we shall proceed in the same manner and will arrive at a price when the level of detail is known.
Needed from you in order to paint your Standard Head & Shoulders Portrait with Blended Color Background: 1. Photographs must be in focus and show reasonable detail, whether good digital or prints. 2. Your approval that the background will be painted in a simple blended color manner. 3. If multiple photos are to be used and subjects combined, the lighting, coloring and poses must not require significant changes to make them compatible. 4. Portrait subject(s) cannot have ornate clothing nor highly detailed background or foregrounds, such as scenery.
To be included in your Standard Head and Shoulders Blended Color Portrait for no additional charge: 1. The subject shall be painted to the same high quality as seen on this site. 2. Simple, straight forward modifications, such as altering color of dress or repositioning subject for better composition. 3. Removing unwanted blemish or subject material, as long as compatible to composition
COMMISSION YOUR PORTRAIT - PLACE YOUR ORDER
When you are ready to place your order, you may use the PayPal form to the right. Use the drop down menue and select "Commission Portrait - Deposit". Selecting this option will take you to PalPal where you will enter the agreed deposit amount for the portrait of your choice. Do not be concerned if you do not have a PayPal account. At the PayPal site you may use your credit or debit card or select epay, as you wish.
When you are satisfied with your completed portrait and are ready to have your portrait shipped, you may use the PayPal form to the right. Use the drop down menue and select the option, "Your Portrait Bal + $45.00 shipping". Selecting this option will take you to PayPal where you will enter the agreed amount for portrait balance + shipping. Upon receipt and clearance of this amount, Bev will ship your portrait to you, flat, ready to frame and protected in a box.
